STEP ONE: COMPLETE SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
Sponsors are considered attendees and are subjects to the WFCT Attendee Policy. There will be no booth sharing and only one company name may be listed per sponsorship level. For additional information, please see Section 3A of the WFCT Rules and Regulations, as well as Section 4 for insurance requirements and Section 10 regarding liability.

► As a sponsor, what do I have access to at the event?
Sponsors gain access to the full educational program, exhibition floor and front row seats to the competitions.
► Where can I pick up my WFCT Badge?
Henry B. González Convention Center – Street Level in the Exhibit Hall 4 West Registration Area
► When will I receive marketing and attendee door prizes opportunities, hotel reservations, free passes, sponsors banner advertisement, deadlines list, show manual, etc.?
After Exhibit Management receives your sponsorship agreement form and payment, you will receive a welcome email from Tina Czar with some pertinent event information.
You will receive a free passes and show banner advertisement from Tina Czar after your booth space has been assigned.
Tina Czar will email the link to the WFCT Show Manual/Kit no later than 60 days from the event.If you don’t receive this information, please contact Tina Czar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
► Attendee List Soliciting Announcement: Please be aware that companies purporting to sell WFCT attendee lists are not affiliated with WFCT. WFCT does not sell or distribute its attendee lists in any format and those soliciting are most likely making bogus claims. Please contact Tina Czar at email@example.com at WFCT with any questions or concerns about solicitations you receive for WFCT.
